Transparent Pricing

Our monthly management fee depends on the size of your villa and includes all core Property Care & Asset Management services.

Every property receives the same professional level of care, while the required staffing and operational coordination naturally increase with the size of the villa.

To introduce our services and build long-term partnerships, we are currently offering a special introductory rate for new clients.

Every villa is different. Following our initial assessment, we provide a tailored proposal based on your property's size, facilities, and management requirements.

  • The minimum contract period is twelve (12) months.

  • The agreement will automatically renew for successive twelve-month periods unless terminated by either party with a minimum notice period of three (3) months before the renewal date.
