In 2026, Houses of Asia entered an exciting new chapter under the ownership of PT Casa Kandara Bali.
Founded by a passionate husband-and-wife team with extensive experience in Bali's villa and hospitality industry, PT Casa Kandara Bali was created with a clear vision: to offer villa owners a professional, transparent and reliable property management service that protects both their investment and their peace of mind.
Together, they bring decades of complementary experience, combining strong financial expertise with hands-on operational management.
One partner spent many years with Houses of Asia, overseeing the complete financial administration of a large portfolio of private villas. Over time, her role evolved far beyond accounting. She became an all-round administrative specialist, managing financial reporting, owner communication, operational support and the countless behind-the-scenes processes that keep a professional property management company running efficiently.
The other partner has dedicated his career to the day-to-day management of private villas across Bali. From luxury event villas to intimate boutique retreats, he has built extensive experience in property operations, maintenance coordination, staff management and guest services. His passion for hospitality and attention to detail ensure that every villa is maintained to the highest standards while delivering the level of service today's guests expect.
